Over time people have left, computers have been retired, and the manual recording of licenses went by the way side.
Bluebeam offers a quick way to get reports on what computer is using what license.
4 Steps total
Step 1: Locate Bluebeam serial numbers and product keys.
If you already have the serial numbers and product keys go to step 2. If not read below.
Access the Registration screen:
From the Revu interface:
1. Open Revu
2. Select the Help menu, then click Register

From the Bluebeam Administrator:
1. Open the Bluebeam Administrator
2. From the Tools menu, click Register
1. Open the Bluebeam Administrator

Step 2: License Key Lookup
Go to this URL:
http://www.bluebeam.com/us/support/reglookup.asp
http://www.bluebeam.com/us/support/reglookup.asp
Enter your serial number, product key, and primary email on your Bluebeam account.
Step 3: Check email for report
The email will arrive shortly. If you need to have licenses free'd up contact Bluebeam Tech support and they can help you.
Step 4: Document your licenses
After the effort, now is a good time to keep these in a safe place and keep them updated as you go.

Keeping your licensing updated is the easiest way to avoid having to use a tool like this. However there are times when you will need this tool. Good luck.
